Why Our Facility

Why our Facility? - The number one reason is that our Medical Director, Dr. Patino, is a global expert and authority with over 18 years of hands-on experience in clinical treatments with hGH; and we are dedicated to the treatment of each of our patients/clients. We have an established history with vast experience with adverse effects include peripheral edema, hypertension, rash, gynecomastia, arthralgias, carpal tunnel syndrome, paresthesias, hyperlipidemia, and worsening of glucose tolerance, all of which are controlable. That is what sets us apart.

Every patient can expect professional medical care with high customer service and support; and with an emphasis on you our patient.

Our highly trained physicians prescribe only approved brand name hormone medications. Once you have completed the required lab work and exam, and you have been pre-qualified for hormonal treatment, the doctor will prescribe the hormone replacement medications and appropriate dosages required to bring your hormones to their optimal levels.

Also our prices are far less than a similar hormone therapy program stateside. The prices on our mediations are about 1/2 of what they are stateside You'll be happy with our pricing, as it includes the lab work, inital and follow up consultations, review of your blood exam and urinealysis. There are no hidden fees, lab charges, or other costs. We also offer a free initial telemedicine consultation prior to you making the trip. As expressed in our history and experice profiles throughout this site, our facility has both the vast experience, education and history in Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency.

Treatment Approach

Where possible, the underlying cause must be addressed. Some causes, such as prior surgery or radiation therapy, are not correctible and treatment thus focuses on replacing the target hormones.

Endocrine replacement therapy should aim to mimic the normal hormonal milieu as far as possible, thus improving symptoms while avoiding overtreatment. With the exception of GH and ADH replacement, target hormones (those hormones stimulated by the pituitary-produced hormone) rather than the deficient pituitary hormone are replaced: for example, replacing with corticosteroids instead of ACTH. Patient education about hypopituitarism and the need to modify treatment during intercurrent illness is vital.

GH deficiency

GH treatment should be encouraged in patients with severe clinical manifestations of GH deficiency such as fatigue, poor quality of life, increased truncal obesity, unfavorable lipid profile, low muscle mass or strength, and low BMD.
